How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are booked right here on the site — choose your length, pick a date and time, and send your details through the booking flow. Once your date is confirmed, a $15 non-refundable deposit secures the slot.

Is the deposit refundable?

The $15 deposit is non-refundable and only holds your appointment. It is reusable one time if you reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

How often should I come in for a fill?

Gel-X fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Anything past that window is treated and priced as a brand new set.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please give at least 24 hours notice. No call/no shows will no longer be able to book in the future.

What happens if I'm running late?

There's a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes a $10 late fee applies, and after 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle. If you're paying cash, please bring exact cash — no change is kept on hand. Please add an emoji when submitting payment.

Can I come in with nail polish on?

Please arrive with bare nails. A $5 removal fee applies if nail polish is present, and only Gel-X services are offered in studio.

How long does an appointment take?

Plan for up to 3 hours depending on the design and length you choose. Intricate 3D and hand-painted art sits at the longer end.

Can I bring someone with me?
